My experience at Locs Of Love was amazing! I discovered the business on instagram a few months ago, the commercial matched the service! I took me a trip from Flint for my appointment. Shoutout to Nikita for taking her time to give my hair & I so much love . She was very professional & she listened to everything I wanted done to my hair which is a +++++ for me! I also love how the manager Jade was helpful as well & understanding. Also the receptionist was welcoming as well. I WILL be driving back from flint to get serviced! Thank you!!

Oceania was so great, walked me through this loc process I’m starting, was super helpful and engaged the whole time, made sure I was comfortable, and provided such a great experience throughout my appointment. I’m not privy to salons so this was such a relaxing experience from the thorough shampoo and conditioning, to sitting in Oceania’s chair, I nearly fell asleep I was so relaxed and calm. And the overall vibes in the salon were just so fun, everyone is chill and friendly. Lots of the other clients that come in are hilarious and make the time go by quick, it’s just an overall good time. The checkout experience was simple and easy, I don’t remember the name of who helped me at the counter but she was super friendly, got me set with a few products that’ll help with this journey and sent me out with a plan. Also, the structure of paying for the consultation first and having that payment serve as the down payment for the initial service is genius 😂 There were a bunch of places to try and I’m glad I chose locs of love man. That song been in my head for weeks too 😂
